Learning Services (formerly known as IT Systems Training) provides training for UCSF clinical systems such as UCare and Picis and non-clinical systems such as the HBS timesheet system.
We provide basic, advanced and refresher courses that include hands-on exercises as well as step-by-step, easy to follow manuals and job aids. We also provide non-'systems' training for various topics, including Everyday Pride sessions.
NEW! Supervisory and Management Skills Training
Learning Services, in partnership with Medical Center Development and Training, offers a series of courses on supervisory and management skills. These new courses are designed for supervisors and mid-level managers.

Surveys: We have recently posted feedback surveys on our Provide Course Feedback page. These surveys are meant to provide you -- our customer -- the opportunity to provide feedback about our courses quickly and anonymously. Give them a try!
New map: We have added a Google interactive map on our Locations and Directions page. The map has "push-pin" markers for all of our classrooms, is zoomable, and has an optional satellite image mode to help you see buildings and better visualize where you want to go.
